PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE 2019 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The Board of NIC Holdings Limited wishes to inform esteemed shareholders and the general public that due to the unprecedented lockdown as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic which has affected all business activities, the completion of the 2019 audit exercise was also affected and the Company will not be able to publish the audited financial statements by 30^th April 2020. The audited financial statements are expected to be published in June 2020. The Board of NIC wishes to thank the public and the esteemed shareholders for their continued support and urges all to stay safe in these difficult times.
