Prof. Wright Kikelomo Ololade

Professor Kikelomo Ololade Wright is a Physician Specialist in Community Medicine and Public Health with 29 years of experience in clinical medical practice. She is a Professor in the Department of Community Health and Primary Health Care at the Lagos State University College of Medicine. She holds a medical degree (MBChB) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Lagos, a Postgraduate Diploma (PgD) from Boston University, USA and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN).

She is also a Fellow of NPMCN which is the apex institution for medical education in Nigeria. In addition, Professor Wright is a member of several administrative and health systems management committees at the university, state and national levels of the health and education systems of Nigeria. Professor Wright has tremendous experience in teaching and manpower development and has supervised over 120 dissertations (Medical Undergraduates, Masters’ and Fellowship. She is a recipient of several local and international grants and has collaborated extensively on multidisciplinary projects with widely published scholarly outputs in over 100 local and international scientific peer-reviewed journals.
