Mr. Oluwaniyi is a Chartered Accountant and a certified Quality Management Systems (QSM) Auditor with specialization in financial reporting, financial planning and tax management. His career spanning over two decades has been served in various capacities in world class organizations such as Integrated Capital Services Limited, Africa Oilfield Services Limited, Industrial and General Insurance Plc and Gamstar Insurance Company Limited (Gambia). He currently serves as a non-executive director on the Board of Sonarwa General Insurance Company Limited (Rwanda).
